My Climbing Journey

I began climbing in 2022 during my study abroad year in the US with the Clemson University Climbing Club. Quickly became addicted and said yes to any learning experience I could get my hands on.

Upon returning to Scotland, I embraced the local climbing scene, especially at Dumbarton Rock, while working in Glasgow’s Climbing Centres.

The last year has been a breakthrough for me: I progressed from french 7a to 8a in 13 months, which I am absolutely buzzing about. I contribute that to my strengths in tactics & technique, which I want to share that with you as part of my coaching.

I am now looking to progress my bouldering strength and trad-climbing, wanting to hit my personal goals of 8a sport, 8A boulder, E8 trad.

Professionally, I want to pursue all forms of climbing education. Hence, I am really enjoying my work as an indoor climbing instructor and personal climbing coach!

Scotland has such a great variety of rock, each different type teaches you new movement skills.

What a playground!
